We were approached by the first Tru by Hilton ever built in Canada with a problem: How do we showcase a new concept built by Hilton and still retain the commercial clientele that accounts for a significant portion of the typical hotel's revenue?

Our solution was simple. Create a marketing package that showcases all of the amenities offered by the new brand while displaying the value of the lower price.

We then put our ideas into reality by having our professional photography team come in to take photos to be used in a personalized brochure that we would create for the company.

This led to a 20% occupancy increase in the hotel one month later, primarily driven by businesses responding to the promotional offers sent through our catalogues.

We also aided the company in listing and promoting themselves on the most popular travel websites available. Such as Expedia, Booking.com and Tripadvisor.
